It's Better to be a Warrior in a Garden...

I think it’s better to be a warrior in a garden than a gardener in a war.

One of the plans I have for any children I have in the future is to teach them combat training.

I’m trying to learn myself.

It’s necessary.

Often, in modern society, we blame others for our own faults.

Accountability has become a foreign word.

We look at the government when we have issues.

We look at society when we have issues.

We look at institutions when we have issues.

We look at culture when we have issues.

We look at religion when we have issues.

We look at men when we have issues.

We look at women when we have issues.

Only a handful of us ever stops to look at ourselves when we have issues.

99% Of the time, when things go wrong, we likely have ourselves to blame.

We should be blaming ourselves for what we DID do but also for what we DIDN’T do.

We should blame ourselves for choosing to be a gardener when a war was just over the horizon.
